Melissa is amazing! She’s patient and extremely professional. She always listens to my skin concerns and she’d explain the details regarding what she thinks my skin needs and how we’re able to achieve it. She takes her time in doing the procedure. Never felt rushed and I’ve seen so much results with my face after! I’m extremely satisfied! Also, she’s never pushy with any of her products. I’ve been to her 2 clinics and I love both-the atmosphere and the cleanliness! 10/10!
Love going to shine! Melissa is awesome, always able to get an appt between one of the two locations. Love that she keeps in touch after your appt as well regarding results.
I’m disappointed, because I have spent 2000 almost & I missed 3-4 appointments due to legal or being in the hospital or with my child , she owes me the rest of my treatment & said she wasn’t doing it until I pay 150$ fee I have spoke to people about this because she doesn’t understand I’ve already paid for my tree manage. Every visit to Shineaestheticsmd has been an amazing experience for me! Melissa, is so knowledgeable, informative and professional. She is personable and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She listened to all my wants and needs provided her expertise in achieving those results. I have received several compliments on my skin since seeing her. When you leave you can’t wait to go back for your next session. I would highly recommend going to see her!!
When I tell you that I have been to many aesthetic spas and this one takes the cake, I’m not lying. Melissa is top notch and it feels more like meeting with a friend than it does an appointment. My 62 year old mom has been against Botox and fillers, worried that it would be botched. She now comes from FLORIDA every 3 months to meet with Melissa for her Botox and filler appointments. Melissa is knowledgeable in her craft and my mom and I are so happy to have found Shine Aesthetics.
