Came here 2 hours before they closed and one guy was washing trucks. It was a Wednesday and I was excited to have my truck washed there but the guy said it probably be two hours till my truck got touched. He had no idea when the other guys would show up. I’ll just stick to blue beacon and Mobil detailers from now on. Reply: your employee said everyone just left so either you lying or he was. Plus he had no idea what to tell me.
A buddy recommended this place so i thought I’d try it out. Only 1 truck in the bay being washed and I was 1st in line and sat there 45 minutes and then out comes polishing wheels so I got out and asked if they are polishing all the guys wheels and they said yeah. How unprofessional and rude to know they have a couple hours of work to do and not at least give me a heads up. I don’t care how good they are I’ll never return 👎🏻👎🏻
