Thoughtful, high-touch customer service. We unexpectedly had to cancel our order after signing the contract but before things went into production due to personal circumstances changing. We didn't know how the cancellation would work as we were past the 3-day grace period that Costco offered. I would highly recommend Shine A Blinds. Bonnie is so knowledgable about her products and was helpful in assisting me to choose just the right blinds and shades for my new home! When they arrived, as promised, they were beautiful and the quality excellent.
The team was very professional. I want to extend special thanks to Eric L., who thoroughly explained multiple window treatment options and was exceptionally responsive to my follow-up questions. He also took precise measurements and guided me through the available installation options based on my needs. I also appreciate Chaise, who led the installation process with great attention to detail. He was patient and took the time to show me how to operate the newly installed shutters. I highly recommend Shine A Blind!
Ok forget about Home Depot and Lowes or anywhere else. Shine-a-blind were just fantastic! Highly recommend them!! Imre came in and walked us through our options until we found the perfect fit.
