Bonnie was so helpful and knowledgeable. She shared options for replacing my front window blinds. She was honest about what would work best which I appreciated. She also took the time to show me how to take down one the blinds that needs to be restrung. Additionally every phone call I have had with Shine A Blind has been pleasant and helpful. I took two blinds in for cleaning and when my husband picked them up there was still dirt and stains. He was told they don’t actually clean just dust. That is not what is stated on the website.
