Coach Kez and the boys are a bunch of absolutely bloody legends. Shindo is the best gym on the coast and I’ve never had a better experience training MMA. Coach is knowledgeable, the level of skill here is high and the atmosphere is friendly and fun. 5/5 would recommend to anyone wanting to either get into MMA or thats been training for a while and wants a good gym.
