Gross behavior
Not professional in the least. Will actually hang up on you, then make you wait on hold for ungodly long time periods. They will speak over you. And if they repeat themselves for any reason they will belittle you make you feel like it’s not there job to answer a phone call from someone who’s been giving them money for a year.
As a paralegal, I am appalled by their lack of professional and legal ethics. My fiancé had a wage garnishment for an old credit card debt. Had I known, I would have helped him sooner. However, it is what it is and this law firm began garnishing his wages. The problem is, they won’t stop garnishing his wages despite having fully paid off the debt and issued a letter of satisfaction. I will be reporting Keith to the ISBA for misconduct. My sister is dealing with shin and joyce and has a garnishment faithfully coming out every week she called because the court said she only has 400 left to pay on the garnishment and the debt collector said she owes $1077.00 when the court said she owes $400 left and they have been faithful to cash the checks. They are crocks.
