I been a regular since they opened this year. This is absolutely the best nail spa in Richmond, BC. They provide excellent service and staff are very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend if you want to be able to enjoy a relaxing experience. My favorite thing about this nail salon that it’s quiet and you have that total zen spa feeling. Also, thanks to Ilan who always makes me feel like a guest there!

$25 for gel removal which made the nail surface very rough. Ugly nail shape and 2 minutes hand massage cost another $25. Had to polish the nail in another salon again.

花了100+做了个45分钟的玫瑰足部护理。我先不说技术怎么样，我不是为了做完后要被你们的员工背后议论我的脚怎么样的。如果连这点尊重都没有，会嫌弃客人的脚，你们就干脆不要开这个项目。不要一边收着钱，一边背后吐槽客人！ I recently had a rose foot treatment at this establishment, and I must say I was quite disappointed with my experience. The best nail salon ever! The staff is very friendly, and I love how they have spa series for hands and feet which other salon doesn’t! Worth to try
