Food was excellent, every item was very tasty. We like Korean BBQ and this may just be better in our opinion

I first had this brand's ramen in Little Tokyo, and I'm glad there's a location in OC because this is always what I think of what when I think top tier tonkotsu ramen in the States. Being able to decide noodle thickness, broth richness, toppings, and even combination is always great.

Found this gem recently, it is rather unfortunate that this restaurant is located in a plaza of powerhouse of good asian restaurants like Shabuya and Pengxiang. If you are feeling like you want to try good ramen try this place out! My family and I ordered a red ramen and hakata ramen along with a takoyaki, curry chicken and kaarage. My first time trying ramen was here almost 10 years ago & 10 years later It’s still the best ramen I’ve ever had! I’ve traveled all over the world including Japan & this is the best ramen I ever had! Ramen is all preference.. I like that you can choose the amount of oil, noodle thickness, broth etc. I am very picky with my ramen so I like to choose the traditional ramen with pork.. but it doesn’t have enough spice for me. I order the spicy miso & garlic butter to add to the ramen & I can adjust it to my liking.
