I have nothing but high praise for Dr. Shin and his staff. The office is immaculate, the staff is professional and courteous, and Dr. Shin is amongst the top in his field. He brought me relief after years of suffering and found a solution when other dentists had thrown up their hands in frustration and literally told me there was nothing more they could do. This dentist is awful. Last year, my daughter went to get a crown and the dentist did not focus on her. He saw multiple patients at the same time and ended up causing her a lot of pain. Please be careful with this dentist

In our opinion, this dentist is the worst one we have ever encountered. In our experience, Shin Kiwon DDS did not provide individual attention to our issues and seemed distracted with multiple patients at the same time. He always makes treatment to multiple patients at the same appointment time. The dentist did not consider our concerns and we were not comfortable with his invasive methods.
