Never pay upfront. I still haven’t received a refund for part of the service I received in mid-August. Honestly I have had a terrible experience I was charged for a payment that I already made and I got billed for it, I then contacted them they were very friendly and very helpful I explained that I paid it and the girl on the phone said that they have been receiving a lot of calls about the same issue and told me to not worry I then find out that they sent my “debt” that I previously payed on site to debt collectors I don’t understand why when I called them again that there were no notes about the phone call I had with the pr... read more
I had a great experience at Shin Imaging Center Buena Park. The front staff was friendly, professional, and made everything run smoothly. David in particular was amazing—he explained the process clearly and made sure everything was easy and stress-free. The office runs efficiently, even with how busy they can get, and I really appreciated how organized everything was. Definitely recommend this location!
