2년전 처음 방문 했을때는 직원분들의 친절함과 좋은 서비스로 좋은 기억을 가지고 있었습니다. 그런데 지난 5월 다시 방문 했을때는 예전과 좀 다른 느낌을 받았습니다. 저희 어머니께서는 2년전 유방암 수술을 하시고 그후로 매년 주기적인 검사와 진료를 받고 계십니다. 이번에도 (5월) 의사면담 전 여기서 유방암검사를 받았습니다. 그리고 이틀뒤 전화 연락을 받았는대 저희 어머니께서 재촬영을 해야된다고 하셨습니다. 저는 한번 수술을 받은 입장에서 혹시나 하는 마음에 걱정이 되서 이유를 물어보니 그저 찍은분의 실수로 재촬영을 해야 한다는것 이었습니다. 그래서 저희는 이틀뒤 재촬영을 마첬고 담당 의사분과도 상담을 마쳤습니다. 그런대 그뒤로 3주마다 한번씩 계속 편지가 오고 있습니다 재촬영을 해야된다고.... 직접 전화로 편지 보내시지 말라고 말씀도 드렸고 재촬영도 했고 의사도 만났다고 두번이나 얘기했는대 누구의 실수인지 계속해서 편지가 옴니다. 마지막 방문때는 재촬영 기다리는중 에도 전화를 받았습니다 왜 안오시냐구 저희 어머니는 이미 체크인도 마... read more
Not even worth one star. This place is completely disorganized and lacks even the most basic communication. They double-booked my MRI appointment and turned the entire process into a mess. I initially scheduled an appointment for 7:40 AM. After confirming it, I was told my appointment wasn’t actually on their schedule. They had to reschedule it to 1:20 PM—forcing me to cancel all my regular plans just to accommodate the new time. Very impressive place, all front staffs and technicians in the back were very kind, caring and professional. Special thanks to Ga Young, she was so welcoming, helpful, and efficient…made such a positive impact on my visit today!
Although I didn’t take my prescription, they were professional enough to handle the situation and take me in. Tina Tran made the process so quick and easy, didn’t feel any discomfort. Thank you guys! I recommend this place to all ladies!!!!
