All around good experience.
I took my mom to the Buena Park shin to see if they would be able to squeeze her in for an urgent MRI. The male korean employee with the glasses at the front told us that my mom could walk in to Fullerton office without an appointment for her MRI. When we got to fullerton shin, they told us we had to have an appointment, but thankfully they had space in their schedule to fit her in. not sure who that employee is but he should be properly educated about the scheduling rules for their offices so that this doesn’t happen again ... read more
