I had a mammogram recently, and it was a good experience. The staff were kind, technician named Tina was professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Everything went smoothly, and I am grateful for the care I received.
I don’t understand why they don’t answer their phones

I arrived before my appointment and waited almost an hour without receiving clear instructions or any explanation about the delay. I watched several patients get called while I continued waiting with no information, and eventually I received a phone call after I had already left. The communication and organization at this location definitely need improvement.
