They both were very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions or needed to make changes during the home building process. We built with SPM in 2024. The entire process was easy, and it was the first time we have built a home. Eddie & Jerry made everything simple and clear. Would recommend them to anyone looking to build new!!

Eddie Shimota and his team were wonderful to work with. Their communication was excellent and they kept us informed during the whole process. Working with Shimota Project Management on our custom home build was an absolutely fantastic experience. Eddie had some great ideas about my home reconstruction project that were incorporated into the build. His subcontractors were excellent and on schedule. He did not, however, work well with my architect and ignored some of the details. Soon after the project was complete, I began having water in my basement.
