We built with SPM in 2024. The entire process was easy, and it was the first time we have built a home. Eddie & Jerry made everything simple and clear. Would recommend them to anyone looking to build new!!

Eddie had some great ideas about my home reconstruction project that were incorporated into the build. His subcontractors were excellent and on schedule. He did not, however, work well with my architect and ignored some of the details. Soon after the project was complete, I began having water in my basement. He said it was due to the house being built on the original basement/foundation and told me it wasn’t his problem to fix. I was surprised that he left me to manage the problem on my own. We have utilized Shimota Project Management for three separate projects. In 2014 we have our siding replaced. In 2022 we had our roof replaced. And this year we had our deck and stairs replaced. Each time Mr Shimota was our choice for each project. The jobs were done extremely well, on time and on budget. Cleanup was excellent. All projects passed inspection.
