Eddie had some great ideas about my home reconstruction project that were incorporated into the build. His subcontractors were excellent and on schedule. He did not, however, work well with my architect and ignored some of the details. Soon after the project was complete, I began having water in my basement. We have utilized Shimota Project Management for three separate projects. In 2014 we have our siding replaced. In 2022 we had our roof replaced. And this year we had our deck and stairs replaced. Each time Mr Shimota was our choice for each project. The jobs were done extremely well, on time and on budget. Cleanup was excellent. All projects passed inspection. We had Shimota Project Managment build our house for us. Start to finish, very professional and straightforward. Jerry, the job supervisor was very attentive. All the subs were very good. We moved in way faster than originally anticipated. Eddie and crew undersold and over delivered!
