Been here a few times and the owner is sweet and down to earth. Actually on my way there today

Drove all the way over here from Irmo, SC arrived at 4:50pm and they are closed. Their hours stated they closed at 6:00pm on Wednesdays! No signs on the door - just closed! Unprofessional!
Walked up to the store and a female was outside talking to someone. At the time I didn't know she worked in the shop but I spoke to be polite, she didn't part her lips. It don't pay to be ugly. I should've turned right around and left but there was another older lady inside who was more pleasant.
I can not count how many times I’ve been to this hair store and it was not open even though the business hours says that it should be. We have to do better and know that we are our biggest downfall. I am a licensed stylist that spends a lot of money in hair stores and I wish the owner knew how much money she potentially is missing simply from Not being consistent.
