The person who did my pedicure. Was not courteous. I'm getting a pedicure I want to be treated nice after she did my pedicure I thought to myself my gosh this is nowhere compared to the pedicures I've had recently I'm sorry but if they could hire somebody like this I would not recommend them
Got my nails done by emery here! My first time having a manicure, she was very thorough and applied all the steps, and answered my questions. My inspiration was International Strawberry Day and the transition from Winter to Spring, and she delivered! Air quality was good because we were the only people there at first, and then it stayed good when several more came in. I would love to come back!
I've enjoyed the services at Shimmer Spa for the past 4 years. I've had multiple services, but my usual go-to is for pedicures. Gabby is the best, and I highly recommend contacting her to be pampered! The rest of the team is warm and welcoming. It's a hidden gem in Strongsville!
I don’t usually write reviews. But I've been going to Shimmer spa for as long as I can remember. I’m always going to get my hair and nails done. I go to Gabby for my nails and Andrea for my hair. Let me tell you, they’re amazing at what they do. It’s always a pleasure going in there. I’ve told them so many times on how I will not go anywhere else. Applause to both of them.
