I had 3 different people work on my nails. They used a tip to peel the tip off of my nails, forgot to replace one of them, and didn't correctly put the tip on so my nails look like they are sticking up in the air. It took over 2 hours to have my nails done. I just got plain polish done. No designs. I was shown the hand lotion and told to use the lotion myself. No hand massage. I was in for a pedicure today. My nails definitely weren’t very well filed and left a bit too long, even though I asked for them to be shortened. The nail polish also seems like it’s either old or there’s something wrong with it because it’s already starting to chip an hour or two later. I’ve definitely had better pedicures in the city but wanted to try this place out as I’ve heard good reviews. I will stick to other locations sadly, this will not be a go to for me.
