First time trying this nail salon and they did not disappoint! Zine paid attention to detail when doing my nails and did a great job! Unfortunately one of my nails chipped the next and Jenny the manager apologized and fixed it for me and even reinforced all of my other nails with another coat of the clear shellac polish. Excellent customer service!! I will definitely go back and recommend! Thank you ☺️
I have had the most wonderful pedicure experience at Shimmer Nails. The decor of this spa was luxurious and very clean. I enjoyed the massage from the chair that I was sitting in and the massage from the pedicurist to my feet and lower legs. The warm towel was a wonderful treat as part of the pedicure. My toe nails were done with precision and care and I love the color on them. I like looking at my toe nails. Thank you!
Absolutely incredible customer service. I was unhappy with a fill i had done, Jenny the manager went out of her way to contact me to rectify the situation. Fantastic experience and honestly the best customer service you could ever ask for. Went above and beyond. Love my new nails. Truly can't say enough. Thank you again! 10/10!!!!
I had 3 different people work on my nails. They used a tip to peel the tip off of my nails, forgot to replace one of them, and didn't correctly put the tip on so my nails look like they are sticking up in the air. It took over 2 hours to have my nails done. I just got plain polish done. No designs. I was shown the hand lotion and told to use the lotion myself. No hand massage. They didn't push my cuticles back, so it already looks like I need a fill. I now have to go elsewhere to have them completely redone. Very disappointe... read more
