Good welcoming environment but then all a rather disaster - I went there for an Implant Consultation but ended up paying for an expensive 3D scan and several teeth filling treatment - The treatment went wrong and since 3 months ago I still have pain - I had to another dentist to reverse the treatment and redo it. Shimmer Dental seems to only care about their money - They wrongly gave me an estimate and then at the end wanted me to pay all the charges since my insurance covered smaller portion. Carol Alvarado, Fananda and the rest of the team are outstanding. Their knowledge and experience is extensive and they have answers to any concern you have. I will be going only to this dentist group.
I was able to get an appointment quickly and conveniently and the cleaning and exam was very thorough.
Great staff welcoming, detailed dental specialist examination and consultation; my only concern was timing which took over 1.5 hrs; overall a great job by all.
