The staff at Shimmer did do a very nice job on the interior of my vehicle. However, the misinformation on the wait time was difficult to swallow. I was told 3-3 1/2 hours depending on how dirty it was. Try 4 1/2 hours and I had to be the one to check up on it. When I checked in at 8:20 a.m., I gave the phone number where I would be right there in town. When I finally got home, he'd called my home number which is another town completely. There is alot of good ppl there up IN SHIMMER chad and Sam good to talk to when ever u need something
They really did an amazing job. I got the ultimate car wash and it was beyond my expectation. Highly recommended.
