Doug Shimmel is one of the best healthcare professionals I have ever met. He is very professional, cares, has a good sense of humor, and is very easy to open up to. Doug helped me get to the point in my life where I felt it was actually worth living again. He is amazing at staying not biased to what you tell him, unless you ask for his opinion of which then he will tell you how it is.
