Best dentist and staff hands down. I went without a dentist for too long, and ended up with 2 infected teeth. Dr. Shimizu mapped out a plan to bring me back to dental health. He only recommended what was needed and we accomplished everything in order of importance. Thank you for saving my smile, and quite possibly my life.
Dr. Shimizu is a good dentist, but I can't deal with his office staff Regina anymore. I have been going there for the last 3.5 years. They cancelled my appointment twice in one month without a single apology for the inconvenience. For the first two years, I never got the promised email appointment reminder. When I finally mentioned it, Regina said "oh yeah, the emails have always bounced back". Turns out, she had spelled it wrong in their system. Their hours are pretty restrictive, and getting worse.
