I've been going here for the last 35 years and Doctor Shimizu and staff took great care of my mom. So then, when I moved here in 2012 I continued going to him and I have nothing but greatness for how they have treated me and my family. I seen so many different dentists being in the military , and he by far is the best !!!
Definitely did not appreciate the tone or lack of from the receptionist. I calls back to reschedule as promised and when I could not get in until next May of 2026 I told her I would have to find something in the meantime and she hung up on me. I have always felt odd going into that office thinking it was a racial thing but I will no longer give my money to this dentist just bad experiences especially when I came back not having any cavities the dr shimizu was not pleased that my cavities were nonexistent
When I had received new insurance, I was worried about finding a new dentist as I had seen the same ones since my childhood. I am so happy to have found Dr. Shimizu and his office. Lillee is amazing and clearly loves her job!
A very kind & caring dentist that does thorough, accurate dental work making sure patients are happy and have an amazing smile.
