this review is more for reception handling new patients. my elderly mother called me in tears from having to deal with "melissa". if aggressive telephone behavior is what you are looking for you've found it. shame on you for treating anyone like this.
If no stars was possible I would have left 0. She is dismissive, rude, and does not want to help the patient. Find any other doctor.
This dr right here is terrible! Arrogant! She had an opinion on me before I met her! Defensive horrible attitude. This was my last straw with northwestern medicine to to switch!
I went to Dr. Moussa today for a wellness Appointment . she was very defensive, arrogant and positioned herself as being superior, especially when I ask her why she wanted to take me off of medication that is working for me and working well she said because this is my practice and this is how I run it. I will not go back to her. no empathy for her patience and then Simply got up and said I will see you in six months and walked out of the room
