Off to a bad start with Dr. Vasireddy. The office definitely is a contributing factor to this negative review, but that is not to say she is faultless. I had one, and only one, prescription that I needed her to call in for me as part of my initial appointment. I made a point of telling her the name of the drug, the strength and the dosage to her twice during my brief visit. I found Rama Vasireddy to be thourough and kind and clearly very smart. Corporations are taking over Dr.'s offices and making it impossible for the doctors to manage the patient case load, time spent with patients and to even hire there own people. If you want to blame someone, blame the corporations that have turned Dr.'s offices into money making machines! They are vultures and they are ruining our already struggling healthcare systems.
The lack of communication and access to the doctor’s office is reprehensible. The call center says they forward your message but no one from the office calls back. I’m told they are with patients. We’ve been trying to get a response to tests my Mom took and records that were supposed to be forwarded to the office. Nothing for over a week. This level of care is absolutely unacceptable.
I love Dr. Vasireddy. She’s thorough and spends as much time as needed with me. If I was just rating her, it would be a 5. The low rating is due to the phone system as well as their communication and follow up. There’s no option for Dr. Vasireddy’s office when you call the main number so you go round and round. Sometimes you can get a live person but it’s almost impossible to get to one of Dr. V’s people. I was never called with blood test results until I posted a bad rating on another site.
