I was charged $80 on the first visit then erroneouslyy charged $80 for the 2nd visit for the same procedure . So for the next Procedure an extraction I was denied treatment due to non payment I was told that the over billing would be reversed which it wasn’t. So I left in pain and will leave community health dental. And go to St Petersburg Free Clinic on 4th street

This organization is shit. The dental arm is a money grubbing scam. They stole $80 from me in a mix up on there part. I was to have a tooth extracted and they screwed up the billing so I live in pain. I the med side is good but dental should de is horrible. Im going to the st Pete free clinic as all should. It’s a bureaucratic unprofessional organization at Ruth Clark dental

Iris B. went above and beyond making many calls to my new supplemental Medicare agents and my primary physician. I couldn't afford the needed medication for my chronic illness, unless the doctor rewrote the script. As anyone knows, communicating this issue through your insurance and between your doctor can be complicated and time assuming, BUT, Iris B. stuck with it!!! I’d give a zero if I could. just going to copy & paste my most recent frustration from this organization. Here I am again having to leave a random message on a random (social media) post bc NO ONE in this organization ever returns a phone call. Have left 3 for Adrian (who I was told is the RN supervisor/RX supervisor), 2 for Laurel Millovitch (who I was told is the office Mgr for oldsmar/tarpon/Dunedin locations) & one for Mark Irvin (who I was told is the DM & Laurel’s supervisor).
