The doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The nurses and checkout person were kind. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the receptionists weren't very friendly or personable. I do, however, highly recommend Dr. Gaitonde.
I saw Dr. Gaitonde on the 26th of March as a first time patient, having recently moved to the Evansville area. I have lupus and chronic back pain. I found her to be friendly, professional and extremely thorough. I have no doubt I am in good hands.
Horrible bedside manner. Have been suffering from debilitating symptoms for almost a year, and PCP referred me due to abnormal bloodwork. She barely listened to me, cut me off multiple times while answering the questions she asked me to answer. Told me that because I didn’t have 2 specific symptoms (like a rash in sunlight) I couldn’t possibly have an autoimmune illness, then suggested I was probably just depressed and should take an anti-depressant.
