I'm really upset. I've been seeing Mimi for years. She no longer works there. Shawn did my nails. He was rough, has an attitude, cut my cuticle area several times, shaves down the nails so they are so thin. I told him they are too thin and they will break. He said the acrylic was too thick after getting fill ins. I said no they are not, Mimi always takes care of my nails, shapes them just right and takes her time. I have been here in two separate occasions and each time they staff has been very friendly and take their time doing my pedicure. I would definitely recommend to someone looking for a good pedicure

Came in for a color change, she was changing me from red to a lighter color. She left pieces of the original red color on my nails so badly that I had to ask for her to continue to shave it off. If I could see it, I know she could. They are very pushy here and the guy that works there has a very bad attitude. He was very rude to a customer that was in the store before I got there. I will not be returning.
