What started as an exciting experience finally having what I thought was a black doctor. Later turn into a nightmare. I have been waiting weeks for a DOCTOR to call me regarding my test results and MRI reading. However was told an assistant would get back to me. How inappropriate to have been waiting weeks to hear back from someone and them never getting back to you or being told you have to wait months in pain before you can get an appointment. This is really insane. My wife has been trying to get her high blood pressure medicine refilled for a week now and they can't even get her prescription filled and she keeps calling and they keep giving her the run around, so if my wife ends up having a stroke or a heart attack because her blood pressure has skyrocketed, then whose fault is that going to be?
This place is horrible. I started coming here 8/26/26 had blood work done. I have to call them for my result! You would think they would call you! Nope. Took 2.5 weeks for me to get my results. Every time you write them on the app There’s no response! No form of communication with these people at all. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
The office is Clean and the waiting room is comfortable. The receptionist Vickie is friendly. I waited about 5 minutes before being called back to the exam room. PA Alexis was very friendly. A good experience.
