My family and I were absolutely pleased with the care, the attention and compassion the nurses and staff showed my mother in law and our family. I want to say a special thank you to Cristina the social worker, Nurse Kewanda, Nurse Dami & CNA Gabby, for their extra care especially the last days of my mother in law. They were there for us fully until the very end and for that my family and I are beyond grateful.
We used Shiloh Hospice for our elderly loved one, and this is to sing the praises of every… single … Shiloh person who came to Grma’s house to care for her. She was not an easy person in her best of days, and understandably these were anything but her best of days. Kewanda was very professional and became a good friend to all of us . She showeda compassion to us and to my brother that was her patient. When we had a question or concern about my brother's care she was just a phone call away and always called back in a timely manner. We need more nurses like her .
I had a feeling from the initial call from Shiloh my family made the right decision for my husband. He was a Army Vet with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Kewanda (sorry probably misspelled her name) my husband's nurse i dont even know where to start about her. She was amazing and went above and beyond for my family. When she first came in she took the time to get to know everyone who was involved in my husband's care she explained everything to us and took the time to answer any questions we had none was to small or dumb to her.... read more
