They showed empathy, compassion, care, comfort and knew the right things to say at the right time. The comfort level we had with the hospice team helped me through the most difficult period of my life. On the last days of my mother’s life, hospice was patient with the numerous number of calls we made to them. They were very giving of their time and let us know that they were here for us and that it did not matter how often we called, they assured us that they were there to hold our hands through the process. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shiloh Hospice. I had no idea what to expect when I contacted them. It was the most professional, caring, and kind group of people. In the beginning, my Mother did not need a lot of care, but it was so reassuring to know help was only a phone call away. My mother passed away early this morning. From the moment she came home for hospice care the staff of Shiloh ministered to our every need. They taught us so much about end of life care, and treated my mother like she was their mother. From our initial contact with Babatunde, to our visits with Toby, Dominique, Kiwanda, and Christina - we could not have received better care. You will not find a better hospice care agency.
