I was assigned Dr. Bradley as a PCP for myself and my son through my insurance. Our experience started off well — the front desk staff, especially Ms. Mary, was kind, welcoming, and thorough. Unfortunately, the appointment quickly went downhill from there. Dr. Bradley refused to address both of my concerns (a dog bite follow-up and ear infection), saying insurance wouldn’t cover a wellness check and treatment in one visit. We were way overcharged for a 15 minute appointment, which wasn't helpful at all. Not a good experience.
Front desk staff needs to be retrained or fired. Working with potentially injured customers coming in with insurance and possibly 100% covered medical bills customer service need be much more accommodating. Screaming at patients isn’t the way.

He is so knowledgeable and vey friendly. Knows his staff and very honest with his patients.
