I’ve been practicing yoga in many forms with Susan for several years. She is attentive and helpful and very aware of my needs so that if I come to class with a particular issue, she quickly adjusts the practice to suit me and not so much her routine. It has been helpful and healing for me .

I attended a Mother's Day Event at Shiloh Ayurveda. It was a very pleasant, low-key opportunity to be with my daughters. There were individual massages, jewelry making, flower arranging and dessert. My family and I enjoyed it very much.

Susan is so knowledgeable and so down to earth. She offers very helpful insight related to mindfulness, diet and wellness. Gears yoga practice based on my specific needs. Very generous with her time. Her studio offers a wide variety of education🧘‍♀️
