Shilo was very aware of and sensitive to our needs, very caring and protective of us as we had not bought a home in over 30 years and were rusty on new procedures, etc. and the risk of scams. He was very diligent to find a place that met our needs and answered all our questions about what we needed to do to sell our current home. I would highly recommend Shilo and Abigail to anyone with real estate needs.
Shiloh was very easy to work with. He is friendly and determined. He made our first time buying a home stress free. We never had to wait long for responses or question his loyalty. I feel like he was very realistic and worked for our interest/affordability only. I recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. We randomly stumbled across Shiloh, when clicking a Zillow auto-inquiry, and it was such a stroke of luck! Shiloh is knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and so very personable. He patiently worked with us to make sure we found a house that worked for our needs and went the extra mile during the closing process, and took the initiative to make sure all the repairs were completed before closing, when I was too busy to make the arrangements.
