It was a difficult sale because the buyer kept asking for extensions and her agent was inexperienced. Shilo stuck by us the whole time and he even had to guide the other agent. He lined up all the contractors that did the required updates quickly and even did some updates himself without being asked. We would have never finished the sale without his valuable help.
