I made a reservation and was told I had to pay a $100 deposit on top of the room fee. At that time my wife and I were very low on funds and the $100 would have wiped us out. So I could not stay. When Expedia asked for refund. As someone who has done a lot of business with Shilo I am just stunned at the greed and lack of compassion. I will never stay at a Shilo again. La Quinta every time from here on out.
Grossest hotel I have ever stayed at me and my girlfriend booked here and there was black mold in the shower and shower curtain, blood stains in the carpet cobwebs across the ceiling and smelled bad. So I asked for a refund and they told me no and we're very rude and gave me a new room we go to that room and someone was still staying in it the sheets were gross dirty towels everywhere and it smelt bad also and they continued to be even more rude after that. They are rip offs, cheats. They were hoping I wouldn't notice they overcharged me. I will never go there again
