Having a reliable, knowledgeable, affordable and honest plumber is a gem to find. I feel so blessed to have found Richard with Shiloh Plumbing a decade ago. He has done a lot of work on our house over the years. Mr. Jimmy it was an emergency call, water coming down out of your ceiling, we worked a total of 7 hours on restoring your water over two days, and locating the right parts, your water lines were made up of home depot special . After restoring your water you felt my hard work had no merit and you also felt job was only worth $200.00 not sure what world you live in, you sat on the couch ordering more work to tear your ceilings down, I refused and kept the ceiling damage to a minimal, and work till 9pm. The golden rule is you let the customer know how much the job will cost, or estimate what the job will cost. You do not just do the job and say "this is the price" and leave no room for negotiation. Nothing wrong with owner's work or skill, but talks too much on the job and tells you he spent a lot of hours getting the incorrect part. I recommend him, but get the price first before committing.
