Wonderful, locally owned business! Todd and Kristen were so easy to work with and communicate with. Questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. As with many construction jobs, there were delays but they were always upfront about what was going on and why (mainly weather related and out of their control). My job was relatively small, but they completed it with the utmost attention to detail and my guest room looks amazing!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Shilo Cabinets and Interiors for a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, their team displayed exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism.
No communication. The cabinets were measured incorrectly by salesperson and one cabinet was completely missed. DID not make the promised deadline. The company DID not provide adequate shelves for multiple cabinets and DID not provide shelf pins. Pencil markings in multiple cabinets not removed making cabinets poor quality. Terrible experience.
