My experience with Shillito Park Apartments was honestly one of the most stressful renting experiences I’ve dealt with. I had ongoing maintenance problems for months, including leaks coming from the apartment above mine that caused water damage and a terrible smell in parts of the apartment. The response time was extremely slow, and I constantly had to follow up just to get basic issues addressed. I’ve had a great experience living at Shillito Park Apartments! The pricing is honestly one of the best parts very reasonable for what you get, especially compared to other places in the area. It’s hard to find something this affordable without sacrificing comfort, but this place really delivers. What truly makes it stand out, though, is the staff. I have lived here for around 8 months so far and have never had any issues with anything. Tracy is always helpful and welcoming, the day we toured she made sure everything was phenomenal for us, as well as fixed or replaced anything needed for us before move in. She has always dropped things the last minute to help us out! Personaly I’ve had nothing but a positive experience here, as well as Tracy is a genuine person, and fits the management role qualities. I’ve enjoyed living here and will sign again.
I haven’t lived gete a super long time but I have not had any issues! The office has went above and beyond anything I have called or talked to them about (even if it was to make sure I had all the lease/ break down right 32790 times lol. They truly have showed me they care and help with anything. Maintenance has fixed everything within 2-3 days and they have been super nice as well. The ONLY perk of living here is the location. That's it. Allow me recount to you my horrid experience in this dump. Due to multiple staff turnovers, I'm starting to believe that nobody wants to work here, let alone fix this place up. Property is in great disrepair, from the 'clubhouse' to the grounds to multiple units. Things I have personally experienced while living here: - an excess of dog feces everywhere no matter what time of year.
