Very unprofessional and rude. I really wanted to give no star at all.
Eunice and the team at Shilla Travel are true pros. Everything, and I mean everything was great during our trip to Korea. They set up our flight, ground transportation, lodging and meals. I hope to get to Korea again, and obviously I will use Shilla travel.
