Two weeks ago I was there with my daughter for breakfast, we normally go only to Tous les Jours there and in the Centerville location. Our experience at Shilla Bakery & Cafe was absolutely negative! As we entered the store we weren't greeted at all, it was early and only one costumer there, so no excuses! The 3 ladies working there were so rude that I couldn't belive it... not welcoming, no smile, unfriendly that's what they were, no doubt about it! I buy cakes here for my co-workers and clients. They taste even better than they look, and they are gorgeous! Everyone who works here is friendly and extremely helpful. This is my go to bakery.
