Dr. Singh was very helpful and gave several options for my concern; however, outside the visit there has been NO RESPONSE. So many mychart messages have been “viewed” and not answered. No phone calls returned. I asked for my issue to be escalated which the receptionist said they would send the message, and still several days later NO CALL NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Dr. Shikha was exceptional! She looked after my dad with great attention and care at every visit. We can’t thank her enough for her prompt response, be it related to appointments, refills or general questions.
