Dr. Shikha was exceptional! She looked after my dad with great attention and care at every visit. We can’t thank her enough for her prompt response, be it related to appointments, refills or general questions.
We feel SO LUCKY that we found her as our endocrinologist. I take all my family to her for a long time as she is very knowledgable and kind, professional with great bedside manners. We feel cared for and our concerns are heard. She is a GEM!
She took over a month to reach back out to discuss blood work, never returned any other calls I left messages about. And then, 5 months after reviewing bloodwork she randomly decided to put in a script for something I needed 5 months prior. Absolutely zero bedside manner.. I felt like a number to her not a human.
I must agree with KE if I could give her no stars I would. She never replies to you her staff is nice but not properly trained. Since she is never available or replies to your messages, questions etc.
