she seemed to be trying to take care of several patients at once. shoved some trelegy at me, said i had copd which killed my mother. i was stunned. i turned down my vaporizer 50 degrees and my cough went away in a couple of weeks. the trelegy was loaded with lactose and made me very sick, even though i had written NO LACTOSE all over the paper work. bad, bad experience.
It was like talking to a friend. She helped explain so much and made sure I had a plan A, B, and C. Highly recommend
