I love Dr. Chow. He’s so attentive and wonderful. I love his manner. I love his everything. God bless him.
I met Dr. Chow for the first time yesterday. I found him to be very attentive to my questions, and he was very interested to learn my experiences with have chronic UTI's. I thought he was very nice and I'll see him again in one month.
Refuses to refill medication when needed. Even when refills are available. Is not responsive when sent messages. Went almost 2 months without much needed medication since over the span of a few months several My Chart messages were ignored and it took 6 phone calls from me or my wife to get them to refill it. Didn’t send blood work script over to the right place. Office can’t do anything right.
