ShiftSetGo has been such a great experience. Having a great coach to support me and hold me accountable has been instrumental in my weight loss. Red Light Therapy is now a part of my weekly routine. On the days I don’t go to the gym, I schedule Red Light!! Highly recommend!

I just finished 4 Red Light Therapy sessions at a cost of $276.00. I have to say, the lack of results was very disappointing. I eat a healthy diet and work out at the gym regularly. I won't be going back. It was a total waste of time and money. I feel like I was deceived.
