I want to start by saying that my therapist/psychologist was awesome and the experience in my sessions was good - when I could book sessions. The reason this is a low rating is that the bookings are impossible to get that fit in my schedule - which I don't believe my schedule is super unreasonable. You have to book really far in advance to get anything, but they make it quite clear at the start that the goal is one appointment per week. This is not your typical psych office, their treatment protocol is game changing and effective. About a year ago, I went in to deal with some issues after a breakup. After that was resolved, I continued therapy because it had such positive effects in my life. Whether you’re going through a crisis or you just want to optimize your life, i highly recommend Shift Psychological.
