It’s hard to put into words what a great experience I’ve had at ShiftGrit. Andrea provides a comfortable and supportive environment. She is an active listener with a successful process to get to the bottom of your concerns. You can apply this to all aspects of your life. Instead of ruminating on a specific issue, I am addressing it and developing other parts of my life. I highly recommend.
The progress I’ve made with ShiftGrit has been life-changing. What I love about ShiftGrit is that the therapists follow a process rooted in science. Sessions do not feel random and each one is structured to achieve a specific goal. Over time I have become less weighed down by limiting beliefs and have noticed subtle but powerful shifts when handling real life problems as a result of my work with Sharilyn. Jake at the front desk is also a pleasure to deal with.
I was initially hesitant to re-start therapy after 5 years, thinking I would not be able to find a good psychologist match for my needs. Fortunately, ShiftGrit was the first clinic I tried and they instantly matched me with Kristyn. I could not be happier with her. My experience has been incredibly pleasant with her and ShiftGrit in general. Highly recommend!
