Found this clinic a long time ago and still very glad I did. Great place and always friendly staff.
I do not recommend this place. I did more than 10 sessions and got really bad advices, Alberto was not what they promised for 220 an hour, although I mentioned my objectives he insisted on advising something that would only take me further from where I wanted to be.
I wish I had known about Shiftgrit two decades ago. Andrea has changed my life in so many ways for the better. I was tired of the traditional "guided talk" from other therapists, with no results. I made an appointment with Andrea at ShiftGrit as I was frustrated with a specific issue that I did not know how to deal with. It started as a safe place to express my feelings. Booked a 15 minute information session, only to be contacted by what I would call a sales person. The sales person was very cold and not trauma informed and had no understanding of what therapeutic milieu the company used… She talked to me for maybe two minutes and then said here’s the cost. Do you wanna book in or think about it and I just hung up… Just an FYI, when it comes to Selling therapy if you don’t train your sales staff well especially on trauma informed care. No one’s going to buy your product….
