Found this clinic a long time ago and still very glad I did. Great place and always friendly staff.
I do not recommend this place. I did more than 10 sessions and got really bad advices, Alberto was not what they promised for 220 an hour, although I mentioned my objectives he insisted on advising something that would only take me further from where I wanted to be.
I wish I had known about Shiftgrit two decades ago. Andrea has changed my life in so many ways for the better. I was tired of the traditional "guided talk" from other therapists, with no results.
