Booked a 15 minute information session, only to be contacted by what I would call a sales person. The sales person was very cold and not trauma informed and had no understanding of what therapeutic milieu the company used… She talked to me for maybe two minutes and then said here’s the cost. Do you wanna book in or think about it and I just hung up… Just an FYI, when it comes to Selling therapy if you don’t train your sales staff well especially on trauma informed care. No one’s going to buy your product….
