Finding a shop that is honest is hard. Especially as a woman. These guys are all you could ask for. They're upfront and honest. They communicate well about your cars issues and needs. There's no jerking you around about this and that. They did major work on my GTI, and walked me through every step of the process. Finding this shop is definitely like finding a hidden gem. I definitely recommend giving these guys a try.
These guys were awesome, Subaru dealership was going to charge me $460 for the transmission service, these guys came in $200 bucks cheaper and were honest about the amount of transmission fluid actually needed and not what the vehicle calls. Car was done in under two hours!
Stay away from this place, they can’t even diagnose a car, or even try for that matter. My car was running lean and I suspected manifold gaskets since I performed a smoke test showing a major leak, I showed them the video and they said they would check it out. I get a bill for almost $600 and I thought wow they fixed the gaskets for a good price, nope, they charged me 3 hours of labor to fix my reverse light wiring which I never asked for them to fix. Took my 22 WRX to Shifted to have my transmission and rear diff serviced @ 30k miles. They got me in and out in under 3 hours for half the price of the dealership, with better fluids. Will be bringing the WRX back for future work. Thanks Eddie!
Avoid this shop at all costs. I brought in my Subaru SVX for engine work, I literally just bought the car and towed it there knew nothing about the car i specifically mentioned this when I dropped the car of and that a full evaluation needs to be done! and they had me chasing a misfire for six months. They kept fitting me in “when they had time,” barely communicated, and had me buy a bunch of parts and do top-end motor work based on a weak diagnosis.
