I spent weeks looking for a truck and wished I had realized Shifted was so close and so easy to work with for contacting, setting up a test drive, and purchasing a vehicle. Mat was great to work with and provided frequent updates and very pleasant to talk with during the inspection and purchase process. I am definately going to look at their inventory the next time I am looking for a vehicle!

My wife has purchased 2 Toyota Highlanders from Shifted, one is 2019, and one a few weeks ago. The team is always very helpful , and for the price, our first highlander has been a fantastic car, and this new one is exactly what we were looking for as a replacement. A few days after buying the car we noticed that a clip for the driver's side sun visor was cracked and loose, and upon calling the dealership, they ordered us a brand new one right away, no hastle. 10/10 would recommend the Shifted team if you're looking for a use... read more

Just picked up a 2015 yukon xl with a bunch of miles and was fully made aware of all issues and faults. Basically bought it sight unseen and couldn't be happier, the salesman mat was super helpful in making the transaction as easy as possibly and was fully open about the small issues. I'm actually surprised how honest they were about the whole thing. Was expecting much worse.

Drove across the state several months ago to look at a Volvo C30. Eric and the sales team were pleasant and easy to work with. It was refreshing to work with people who were cared and were passionate about the cars they were selling. After getting burned on my last used car, Eric included a short term warranty with the purchase. A couple weeks after I brought the car home, I received a package in the mail with a cargo cover and some spare parts that I didn't know were included with the car.
