I can say enough about this place. It was so easy to talk to them. I dropped my car off on a Friday. I had my 97 Taurus transmission rebuilt and was done and had it back by noon on Tuesday and it has a warranty. They were great to deal with, no bull crap about anything. I was referred to Shift Works by another facility that had diagnosed the noise in my 2004 Yukon Denali as a Transmission problem. I dropped it off with Shift Works for a diagnosis. Knowing that I needed it back soon, Jeff stayed late, put it on the rack and determined that the front differential bearing was the problem.
