I had a 02 f250 7.3 transmission built last year and installed it myself it lasted about 1000 miles pulled it out sent it back they rebuilt it again I installed it again it lasted 300 miles they they came got the truck from Missouri fixed it. I drove to Illinois picked truck up it lasted until I went to put it in reverse and pull in my driveway from coming straight home from there shop so again they came picked it up put another one in it and it lasted about 6 months and it’s out again. Pay top dollar for this transmission and got it back and had installed and it won’t shift right. So I had my mechanic look at it and he’s fixing it, but Shift Right Transmissions will not return my phone calls and they’re not willing to accept responsibility there yet to return my phone call. I would strongly advise, not doing business with them.
avoid this company!! I was shipped a second transmission by mistake. I contacted the company to return the transmission since I only ordered one. They have stuck me with the freight charges , I contacted them again and they they assured me it was their mistake and would take care of it. I am still receiving past due notices from Fed Ex and stuck with a overdue bill. So much for doing the right thing. POOR BUSINESS
I bought a 700 r4 stage 2 in march 2021. 3000 miles on it now. This thing works great.If i need another transmission. I know where i'm going. Shift Rite. Thanks for the best trans i ever got.
If you want a superior product this is the place you want to deal with. I purchased a transmission from them and I must say it was a good experience and I'm very pleased with the product. Nick is the freakin man!!
