We had a very poor experience with Shift Right, They did not replace the parts they charged us for, we took it back twice during the one year warranty and they said nothing was wrong, kept saying it was other parts on the truck, finally the transfer case gave out and now we are left paying another $1400. to have it fixed due to Shift Right not wanting to fix their mistake, I would never refer anyone there
