Not sure how you got water in your transmission but it was there and my staff showed you, and that does void our warranty. Water in your transmission will cause friction material on clutch plates to come off the steel plate that they are adhered to. You understood when we showed you and you declined to have us repair the damage do to the water . Not sure why you would write this review???? Hope you get thing's worked out JIm Reap owner..

don't go to them I had my transmission done and it didn't shift right after ,they wanted me to bring it in but I couldn't because I had motor problems and had to rebuild it. i brought it in when I got the transmission out of the truck and they said it had water in it and that voided the warranty but they could fix it for 875.00 bucks cash. They told me that water could have gotten into it from the radiator or a blown head gasket. they also told me to get all the fluid out of the torque converter so I put it over a 5 gallon b... read more
