Steve built me a gearbox a few years ago for a Holden Torana, was very helpful and built a very solid gearbox, no issues with the horsepower whatsoever. Recently Steve helped me by providing some urgent and hard to find parts to get my vehicle sorted out prior to a classic car event. Highly recommend Steve at Shiftright, don’t go anywhere else.
GO ELSEWHERE ! Had my gearbox re built 3 years ago by Steve. Was told that he had upgraded bushes, bands etc... throughout and box was now "bulletproof". Chased him for a receipt for over 12 months which he never supplied. Three years later the gearbox blew up ( standard use only) I now find out, after stripping the box that everything throughout the box was standard and additionally most parts had been replaced with old used/worn parts. I know why I was not given a receipt. Keep away from this mob ..............
