My dad sold his Subaru Legacy to Shift on 05/27/21 and he still hasn’t received his payment. He requested to receive wire transfer so he could get the funds sooner than ACH transfer but still hasn’t received anything. He talked to a manager named Cassidy from the support team and she said she had initiated wire transfer on Friday and it should be in his account today but still nothing from them. Purchased a vehicle back in February, It's been about 3 months and everything is still as it should be. The vehicle matched the online description, they brought the vehicle out to my house for two test drives and again for the purchase. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is it was a little bit of a pain for my credit union since SHIFT has a set of specific partners and if your credit union isn't in their approved partner list, they'll have some hoops to jump through. DO NOT BUY...I bought a car at end of September. Was told title transfer would take some time and plate would come in mail with title and registration...it is now 11/25/2019... DMV has no record of vehicle and DMV has multiple investigations into this dealership...cannot get ahold of salesman or dealership... DO NOT BUY! Only thing good I can say is that car is not stolen and Carfax checked out as Anthony said it would...
