Shift and Dr Nelson are amazing to work with. I feel like she takes my health seriously and is not quick to dole out pharmaceuticals. I appreciate the holistic and functional approach. I certainly feel better after her guidelines, supplements, and support, than I did with the other doctors I had worked with at other clinics. Will be a long term patient for sure!
I have been working with Jen for going on three years and she is the most caring, root-cause, true solution-minded doctor I’ve ever had. To find the root of issues instead of just guessing or trying different medications has been so helpful. Having a doctor actually take time to find a solution has been so refreshing!

Working with Shift, Dr Agnew and the support staff has been a real journey to creating my own personalized health and wellness routine. I really enjoyed and felt supported by the entire team as we worked to help my autoimmune, environmental allergies and stress levels. The food content was especially interesting. It was not easy at times to work through food elimination but I now have a better understanding of how to nourish myself and the impact that foods have on my whole system.
