I've been taking my vehicles to Shift Forward and Tony for YEARS! Shift Forward always takes really good care of me and my cars. They don't try to sell me on stuff I don't need or upcharge me for unnecessary repairs. They're always super professional and they take customer service to the next level. I had a great first experience with Shift Forward Auto Repair Shop. From the moment I looked them up, I had a good feeling they could get the job done—and I was right! Although it took about 7 days to get an answer regarding my car, the next day I came to pick it up, and my A/C was working perfectly for the first time. The team was professional and reliable, and I truly appreciate their effort. I will definitely be coming back if I have any future car problems. Highly recommended!
They were awesome from the beginning to the end! Took my car in to get my brakes and rotors done, the owner went above and beyond to help me considering the place I bought my parts from gave me the wrong parts. Also ended up running into an unexpected issue and they once again went above and beyond. Thank you so much to the entire team! They’re all super nice and super helpful. Took my car here with a multitude of issues and was able to get it fixed so quickly and paying less than I expected! The customer service is amazing, they provide great detail and information and overall a solid 10/10. This will be the place where I take my car from here on out!
They are the best. Every time. They are how a mechanic should be. Helpful. Reliable. Friendly. Shift Forward diagnosed and repaired my AC in one day, a Saturday at that. They were caring, helpful, and professional. Their prices are very reasonable. They kept me updated on the repairs and costs. After a negative experience with a local dealership, I will be bringing ALL my repair needs to Shift Forward from now on.
