Very understanding and reasonable car shop! Their goal is your goal, getting your car in the best condition possible! It’s been over a month since getting my repairs and my vehicle feels much better than it did before visiting the shop! No check engine light, no stallings, and they put all new equipment, as promised. Which was even confirmed by auto inspection mechanic. I was in Grand Prairie for the weekend when my Subaru Forester had some lights come on the dashboard. I was a little skeptical because I only allow the dealership to work on it but after reviewing the reviews, I took a chance. Very friendly and efficient staff. I dealt with Ashley, Tony, and Moe and each were very professional and informative. They identified the problem with my vehicle and kept me updated through the repair process and the repair was done in a timely manner. Wandon Haynes here, I have a 2018 Ram 1500 , Mr Tony is an awesome master mechanic, Ms Ashley at the front desk was bubbly and very helpful. Tony explained what was the issue ,the solution, part break down, and how to maintain a healthy vehicle long term! Awesome team as a whole, every tech as well was very kind and willing to help!
