I had a great first experience with Shift Forward Auto Repair Shop. From the moment I looked them up, I had a good feeling they could get the job done—and I was right! Although it took about 7 days to get an answer regarding my car, the next day I came to pick it up, and my A/C was working perfectly for the first time. The team was professional and reliable, and I truly appreciate their effort. I will definitely be coming back if I have any future car problems. Highly recommended!
They were awesome from the beginning to the end! Took my car in to get my brakes and rotors done, the owner went above and beyond to help me considering the place I bought my parts from gave me the wrong parts. Also ended up running into an unexpected issue and they once again went above and beyond. Thank you so much to the entire team! They’re all super nice and super helpful. I just bought a car and noticed the button to adjust my side mirrors wasn’t working, I was honestly a little nervous about where to take it. I’m SO glad I ended up coming here! From the second I walked in, everyone was incredibly nice, helpful, and made me feel completely at ease. They took a look at the mirror issue, and once they removed the door panel, it turned out the wire that connects to the mirror controls was just unplugged. Very good experience with my engine repair. Great communication. Prompt service, fair pricing. They installed a braided metal hose to replace the rubber one that is known to fail. And they treated me like a person, not a number. I highly recommend them.
